Dr. Terese Bailey and her assistant Mary inserted my crown without any anesthetic, which was a FIRST for me. I've had several crowns inserted by other dentists and I always try to undergo the procedure without the tooth being numbed, but it's always been uncomfortable for me & I ask for anesthetic before long. Dr. Terese and Mary were so gentle, I almost fell asleep! I probably would have fallen asleep if I'd used the warm neck wrap and blanket that Mary offered at the start of my appointment..
Having gone through multiple dental procedures over the years, I have found both Dr Terese and Dr Richard Bailey, as well as their staff members, to be very kind and caring professionals with top notch skills. Bailey Family Dental also provides an unusually warm and welcoming office, which helps make "going to the dentist" an overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality dental care delivered in a high quality environment..

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The entire staff is extremely kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Being a former Red Bull and Mountain Dew drinker, I have always been scared, nervous, and fearful to go to the dentist. Ever since I’ve started going to Bailey Family Dental, I have stopped feeling uncomfortable. I know they will take the best care of me and get my teeth back in shape. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Highly recommended!.
