Dr. Brand is the best dentist I have ever met. No one has been so thorough with an examination & care. So knowledgable & caring. Her staff is outstanding. They treat everyone like family. Truly, you will find no better care! Certainly not from 'groups' who jerked my Mom & other seniors around, taking advantage of them. Go see Dr. Brand. She's the best! .
Came in for dental work, I called ahead of time to make sure they took my dental insurance, they said they would however when I went in for dental work ( three separate visits ) they had no idea what my copay was, so they charged me random prices and then billed my insurance company, turns out they didn't work with my insurance company and i'm stuck paying about $400 out of pocket. I would avoid this dentist office, I will give them that they were kind to me and I always had a pleasant time when there, no pain etc etc. However I'm upset with the fact that they did not tell me they didn't work with my insurance ( which was ridiculous considering my appointments were scheduled about two weeks between one another ) and let me keep coming to the office with a made up copay..
