5I have seen Dr. Copeland and his staff for 6-7 years. For the first time, a mistake was made by front office staff for a device. I was told that it would be corrected, at no cost to me. Dr. Copeland made good the mistake, kept his word, billed me zero. I was so impressed. Few practices or businesses any more correct their mistakes, and few do so without additional charges. Few business owners keep their word.One error in years is no big deal. A business that is trustworthy is a big deal!
