9We just had a terribly upsetting experience at Al-Aswad Lina dental. So bad I felt unsafe for myself and child. We arrived at our appt. time and were notified we were an hour late. We didn\'t get a text message. They had the wrong number in their system. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I calmly said we don\'t want to be charged a missed appt. fee because we never got a reminder. After a few minutes the dentist came out, Al-Aswad Lina. She came out hot and firing (so to speak). She was very upset before I said a word. I am a school teacher and education professional and am able to stay calm, and I did. After a few minutes of this I calmly stated that she seemed very upset and I was just trying to figure this out. She continued to talk to me in a very disrespectful and angry way, by the way right in front of my 9 year old and another child in the waiting room. She then explained, \"I\'m tired of hearing your demands\"! I then calmly asked her what my demands were and she left

1We had previously been to two other pediatric dentists and they pale in comparison to Dr. Donald. He has a wonderful bedside manner and he truly has the interest and well-being of his patients in mind for diagnosis and treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
