13The color of the crown he put in for me did NOT match the tooth in front of it, and it was obvious to my family as soon as they saw me. Eckermann should have noticed this problem as he was putting it in (I\'m sure he must have), but he never said a thing. Seems he didn\'t want to lose any time or money over it. When I realized how bad it was, I talked to him (2 business days later) about my concern and not only was he not nice at all about it, he gave me no option to fix it other than to pay for another crown (this crown cost me 2K). I left there very unsatisfied and upset; I will never go back there. I do not trust Dr. Eckermann.
