Neighborhood Dental

Not only did the dentist not do what she said she was going to. Apparently it is my fault that I am pregnant and they chose not to call me and get the name and phone number of my OB prior to my appointment. I sat and waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Don't be fooled by their promise to give you a 1.00 off for every minute you wait past ten. When I asked about that, they informed me it was my fault that my OB didn't call them back. Then it took the dentist almost two hours to do one filling, and she informed me that I would have to come back to get the other filling done because this one took so long! The very first time I was in the office, no one even mentioned what their name was to me or what exactly was happening. While the dentist was working on my tooth she proceeded to watch TV and talk to the assistant about where she had eaten. I can honestly say that I never had the chance to even look the dentist in the eye because she never even introduced herself to me, or once mentioned what exactly the game plan was for me. I will NEVER go back to this dental office again.

Dr. Pino is an exceptional dentist. I have full faith in his capabilities and his work is superior to any dentist I have ever had. He NEVER tries to upsell and really works with you. Staff is fabulous as well as hygienist Mayree. I would not go anywhere else!
