3Dr. Grater has the patience not seen too often these days. He is caring and his knowledge of which procedure needed is wonderful. He takes times with his patients and talks at our level. Our family first met him through his office's Free Dental Day in 2014. They knew what they were doing and things went very well. We have since started going there for regular checkup also.

5I have been seeing Dr. Gilbert for 30 years. He is a wonderful dentist. However, I have had an insurance nightmare with his office staff over the last few months. Would not recommend his practice since he will be leaving his practice and retiring. We will be taking our business elsewhere and hopefully find an office that is capable of running insurance properly, contacting us (never received a phone call and only 1 threatening letter/statement by mail) if there is an issue and not sending threatening letters saying \"we bill the insurance as a courtesy to our patients\". \"if not paid in 30 days we will send your information to our attorney or collection agency\". They do not value their long-time patients and that is very disappointing.
