I had a dental emergency while in visiting Europe. I immediately called Dr. Strassman from Europe, and was connected to one of Dr. Strassman's new receptionists, who was very rude, arrogant, and without any dental knowledge refused to give me an appointment when I got home. If you have a dental emergency, don't count on this dentist helping you..

I began seeing Dr. Straussman over a decade ago. Prior to that, I had a bad experience that sent me into panic mode anytime I even thought of scheduling an appointment, but I knew I had to find someone who was patient and understood peoples fears. While searching out a new dentist, something made me decide to call his office, and ask if they had any experience dealing with people like me. They said " All the time ". Since then, I've put my trust in the Dr. and his entire staff. Good Luck!!!!.
