I have been used to visiting his Dad. But was happy to see young Dr Doerner to get crowns, yes two. One back upper left, one front lower right. I am not real happy in the Dentist chair but Dr Doerner fixed me up in no time, I mentioned he had a more gentle pain free touch than Dad! He said with a grin he had smaller hands. Temps came out this afternoon and I am fixed up with two good looking crowns. Dr Doerner knows his stuff is kind, gentle and concerned enough to throw a little more pain killer in there to keep you comfortable. This definitely is a kinder, gentler practice and my wife and I are happy he is behind our grin..
I have been searching for a dentist for a very long time and I finally found someone who took my dental concerns seriously. Not only did Dr. Aaron Doerner fix work that was not done correctly years ago, he also addressed and fixed new issues I was having as well. It is a relief to find a dentist who is not only knowledgeable but has a team that makes you feel right at home. I finally have the perfect smile I've always wanted a place to go for all my future dental needs..
Dr. Doerner is is very professional and has a great personality. He listens to my concerns and makes me feel at ease. I definitely found my new Dentist!.
I came to Horizon dental thinking that because they were relatively new and had newer equipment they would be more professional and sophisticated. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk are less than professional and do not know how to do their job. They more than likely are family members of the friends of the dental crew that works there and have no experience dealing with customers. Don't these people understand that its a customer service based office. They called several times to charge for something I had paid for because they do not know how to update their records correctly, why bother going back to deal with mediocre service. Also, when walking in I have not been greeted until they are finished talking to their friends on the phone. Very disappointed in the young inexperienced, rude and untrained staff they have working there..
