I am very upset with how the staff handle things!! I have been going here for years and never had a problem until now. I had some teeth filled recently and then had to have 3 teeth pulled they scheduled me to have more teeth filled the day after I had 3 teeth pulled.. so I called down and canceled the appointment. Then receive a letter a few days later saying I am no longer along to be seen there so I called and asked why and they said because I didn't call and cancel my appointment witch I did.. then the staff gos on to tell me that I hung up on them witch I did not.. and when I was telling them this she hangs up on me.. then when I call back down to try and talk to someone else about this problem they hang up on me again.. so we got no where.. The staff there are very rude.. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!.
The only thing that is good about this dental group is the doctors themselves. The doctors are caring, and sensitive to their patients. They are understanding to any anxiety or pain. The general office staff however, are useless and leave a lot to be desired. They are often unfriendly, even to the point of being crass. If you can manage to stiffle your vomit long enough to get passed the office staff and get to the doctor themself, its well worth it..
I take both of my children here. My oldest had a bad experience with another dentist office when she was younger and I have had a hard time getting her to go to the dentist since. She had to get fillings for the first time last week. She did beautifully! They put her at ease, joked with her and was very quick. I love this office..
