Western Dental - Hanford Ca

I’ve got my braces here about 2 years ago, I am returning to get new retainers since mine broke. I had got my appointment but it turned out that I couldn’t go in because it conflicted with my school schedule, so I rescheduled my appointment and unfortunately I had to wait a month before they were able to take me in again. Service is slow, staff are rude. Overall seems like their gossip is more important than their patients. When with patients staff speaks Spanish assuming that their patients won’t understand. I’ve got to say that when I call in, it seems that I speak to Maria, and not once could she have been nice she is rude. Folks, if you are looking into a place to get ortho work done this is not the place. Try the one on Lacey, personally I have not gone to that one but give it a try, i’m sure it’s better than this place.
