1Never made it into the door! Horrible customer service. I arrived early in order to fill out any documentation that may be required. The door was locked, candles were burning, and no one answered the phone. I found myself waiting outside with three other patients. One was a young child. We all waiting for 10-15 minuted just to get into the front door. Now if no one wsd inside the candles were a fire hazard. If someone was inside why not answer the phone or the Knicks at the door. Poor customer service, and poor business practices.
