You didn\'t get my name right from the very beginning in your texts. And then you cancel my appointment and you automatically sent me a text asking me what my experience was like with the dentist. I was a new patient to the dentist and didn\'t even get a chance to see her before you cancel my appointment on the only day that I could take off from work. So I wasn\'t exactly a happy about the experience.
