This last visit when she replaced the temporary crowns, the assistant broke them off. Pieces of the crown fell in my mouth & I swallowed one. Her response was \"it won\'t k i l l you.\" Then she hit my teeth with the instrument really hard & I said this is very uncomfortable, she said \"I didn\'t hit it that hard.\" Dr. Ellis comes in & we are talking about the plan. I don\'t want a metal piece on my tooth because I didn\'t come in here with a metal piece. When I voiced my concerns about the plans she said \"somebody\'s getting a new heart today, you\'ll be alright.\" I told her my bite was off & I was experiencing pain & couldn\'t close all the way. She said let the numbing wear off and call her & come back if I still have pain. I called a hour later, she has no availability for a week. Currently in pain and this was 7k worth of work. They aren’t returning my calls or emails. I asked for water to rinse the water tool was empty & they had no water for me to rinse, but champagne in the lobby.
