1I have over 1000 toys in my collection which I have collected over the past 30 years. During this time I have associated with hundreds of buyers and sellers of antique and classic toys. Without a doubt Lloyd Ralston Gallery is the most unscrupulous individual I ever dealt with. After bidding on a toy with an ambiguous listing, I paid for a broken toy which included the buyers premium and an exorbitant shipping charge. I questioned Ralston Gallery about the broken toy and he said to send it back and he would get it repaired. The return shipping would be reimbursed by the Ralston Gallery. After two months and four phone calls, the toy was returned still broken with additional damage and some of the parts missing. Included in the return package was a note that I owe Ralston Gallery additional money. The return postage was never refunded. For those individuals considering dealing with the Lloyd Ralston Gallery, I would advise that buyer BEWARE! I intend to file a complaint with the Connecticut Better Business Bureau.
