11She is a nice dentist but her practice of charging $40.00 for not giving a 24 hour notice of a cancellation is ridiculous! We’ve been a patient for 23 years. Had a Monday appointment and found out Friday that we could not make it. No answering machine. Called right away on Monday morning and still got charged. Receptionist stated that even if we had left message on Friday, it technically was not a business day so we would have been charged anyway. Going to find a new practice. Too bad. My kids liked her dental assistants!
