11I have never been treated worse in my life. I had a first-time appointment at THEIR recommended time. I had to take time out of my office job, as I'd obviously expected. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The receptionists were short with me and talked down to me. I proceeded to sit in the waiting room for one full hour with no acknowledgement. I'm very understanding, I know schedules can be thrown off, but any longer than 30 min and I start thinking about all the things I could have been getting done. After an hour, they ushered me into a room. Finally...I was willing to deal with this wait and hope it's better next time. But when they let me just sit in the dental chair without even talking to me for 30 minutes, I started wondering if I have more dignity than this. A dentist FINALLY spoke to me.. only to ask me to reschedule. I couldn't believe it. I just walked out. I will be finding a dentist office where they know how to schedule appointments and be courteous to their patients.

9I was rushed into x-ray then into the hygienist office Dr. Gonzalez asked about placing a cap on my tooth, I refused, she then instructed the Hygienist to polish my teeth. No tartar check, no gum checking, on exiting the office I was asked, by the receptionist, to make an appointment to have two (2) cavities filled. Dr. Gonzalez never mentioned cavities in the 2 minutes, top, she spent in the room with me.
