Wonderful doctor that cares about her patients!

After eight years of going to West Bay Dental (East Greenwich Location), we will never return. Because of Covid-19, the waiting period to book an appointment was 12 months. Our appointment was at 2:30, so we arrived 15 minutes early. First ones there. About 4 families came in after us, and they were all taken to be seen in a matter of minutes. Front desk staff told us \"just a few more minutes.\" We left out of frustration because we waited almost an hour to be seen. After we demanded to cancel our appointments, they had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to reschedule and even shouted across the room, \"they want to cancel their appointment!\" Do better.
