I was stuck debating between this office and a different office and was intrigued by the services and the really great reviews Smile Design Centre had to offer. I'm so glad that I chose Smile Design Centre. Every single staff member made me feel like we had been friends for years and carried conversations quite comfortably, none of the awkward small talk. The office is aesthetically pleasing and everything looks extremely clean. I was blown away by my actual check up. Dr. Vellore did my checkup and I have never had a dentist check my nodes or my jaw joints in my life. It made me feel confident that I was being taken care of extremely well and if anything happen to be abnormal that I did not know about, they would surely catch it. My hygienist was Abby and she was terrific and explained every single step and why she was doing whatever it was and what could happen if it isn't taken care of. The thorough explanations was another first for me and I really appreciated it. The warm wax hand treatment was awesome as well as the warm neck pillow, Abby offered to turn on the chair since it was a massage chair which was another thing I was amazed at. More dental offices should definitely be like this one. It makes me want to go in more often than every 6 months. I went home and told everyone I knew in the area to forget their current dentists and head to Smile Design Centre. I highly recommend coming here!
