I had dental problems ever since a car accident messed up my teeth since going through the windshield at the age of 13. I've seen many inferior dentists, then I got to the point I couldn't stand my smile anymore. Checked out many new dentists including Dr. Marcus and reached out to him for help. He has been very patient with all of my dental issues, he's very talented, and has been my advocate when needed. I am still a work in progress, but getting closer to the smile I dreamed of. I love him!.
The dental hygienists here are delightful and do a serious job on your teeth. I was told by Dietz however that I should have my wisdom teeth taken out. After researching on the internet and speaking with friends who have not had them taken out and were perfectly fine, I declined the service to have them taken out. I was pestered at his office to have them out, and was bothered by the receptionist as I was leaving to find out when I was going to schedule this appointment. I told her I would call to let her know if I decided to do it. She told me she would call me in a week if she didn't hear from me. WTH? Give me a break, I'll go somewhere that doesn't pester me. Thanks for nothing..
When I first went to this office I truly was happy when Dr Dietz perfomed my first Procedure, which cost 3000 then the attitude swiched and it became demeaning and like a hard sell it felt like was at a used care sales office.When I had my second procedure and was not pleased with the outcome he became fustrated and intense as he had to move on and he spent too much time trying to rectify my situation. When I got at to my car and saw the crown and it was ground down shorter than the oppossing tooth I went back into the office and asked to speak with Dr. I was told to wait and after 3 minutes I was told to go home and he would call,I said that is not acceptable and I walked out. Dr Dietz called me back I stated that for a long time I did not have money for Dental work because of medical bills from my husband who was sick and ultimatley died,his line to me was I came out of Dental School with 250.000 worth of bills and no one thinks about that!!!! Can you believe a professional man would say that.
I have been in the dental field for 16 years. Was Dr. Dietz dental assistant for a short time and by far he was the worst dentist I have EVER assisted!!! He truly hates people and hates doing dentistry!! It sickened me to work beside him on his poor patients who have no idea that he can't see what he is doing nor does he care!! He would talk in a foul demeanor about his patients to his staff actually laughing about them!! If you are a pretty women with a nice shape..... Beware he is undressing you with his eyes and then when you leave, will talk dirty about you to his staff..
