3Awful experience during and even worst after an appointment for my 3 year old. To preface this review, I will say this was my second appointment, my first one went well as expected and I happily returned for a 2nd appointment. Sometimes it takes another look to realize what you\'re really dealing with. There were no staff around to clean my son\'s teeth and unfortunately, Dr Eddie Jackson forced my son into the chair and rushed his cleaning and check. Very rude and cold the whole time.

3Amazing! I will not go to another dentist as long as she is practicing in NWI! I broke a tooth in half at work and long story short , Dr. Holosko turned my worst day into a great one! Dr. Holosko, Pam and others( I’m sorry I don’t remember everyone’s name) stayed a couple hours late to put a cap on my tooth; talk about above and beyond! She was funny, charming, professional, thorough and very informative throughout the entire process. The Dr. and her staff completely empathized with my plight and have earned a customer for life.
