The receptionist is rude she told me I can't give you another appointment because I called not able to go because emergency twice and she told me the dr recognized my name will not treat me the dr rude too that's the job of doctor !! Reject treat people after I got approve from the insurance , or may be don't get paid enough from my type of insurance . First time I went they told me the insurance will not approve , I called the insurance they said she have to send for approval to know our answer , I got approve , now she will not give me treatment !!
