Good luck getting an appointment if you have a loose bracket, wire, etc, OR need to reschedule, in Gurnee. They will offer up Kenosha, but that's 20-30 min away?!? Rarely see Dr. Mike himself, always his minions..
Well turns out this office messed up my daughters front teeth. They used a strong wire that they should have not used on her short roots teeth. Now years later i take my daughter in to another ortho, turns out this 1st phase , second phase is all crap!Now my daughter needs full set of braces as the "1st phase" did nothing really. Called them to obtain xrays of my daughters teeth before they touched her and her teeth were fine, recent xray shows her front teeth are rootless. And can shatter. ??.
