If you don’t have the best insurance or can’t afford the high price cosmetic dentistry they push on you, then expect to get treated with ZERO respect. Instead of working with me to resolve the billing issue that was THEIR fault, I was talked down on and made to feel less than. They could have worked with me and taken responsibility for their mistake and made a lifetime customer, instead I will never go back. I usually don’t mind honest and blunt conversation but today I was insulted multiple times by the dentist.
