The office staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The most my children have ever had to wait is 2 minutes for the appointment time. They are very accommodating for students who need to not miss school. They are compassionate about the discomfort of new braces and making adjustments. Dr. Decoteau is honest and direct in his approach to treatment and there are never any surprises. My children now all have beautiful smiles and healthy teeth. Thank you!
