Horrible experience. Very unprofessional dentist and short tempered staff. No patients with children. My grandson was nervous and anxious as any 5 year old would be but the hygienist had little patience for his questions and concerns. Telling him to stop with his gator tears and act right. He was sitting still and tears of fear rolling down his face. Then she felt the need to get the dentist to come talk to me where he then tells me to let his hygienist deal with my grandson that she knows what she’s doing and for me to basically keep quiet. I was trying to comfort my grandson. I left crying and emotionally disturbed by how poorly we were treated. I read another review about 3 years ago where someone else posted a very similar situation as mine. And since then had many others tell me they too had a bad experience and will not be back. Only giving one star because 0 stars is not an option.
