Simply incredible. Their environment is so calm and comfortabl, and they provided every amenity I could think of. Samantha Horton, one of their Hygienist Team, was so informative as to what was happening in each stage of the appointment. It was so comforting to have someone with that much love for their craft speaking with me about the Hygiene procedures. This is also the first dental appointment I’ve been to in years where I felt no pain (a little sensitivity, but that’s the same sensitivity that sent me to the Dental office in the first place.) Sam’s gentle touch was hard to focus on. I made a game with myself to try and figure out what she was doing and when. She had such finesse and swiftness it was actually a challenge to sense which tooth or gum she was indeed working on. As if all this weren’t grand enough, Dr. Altman, my examining physician, is a charming fellow. He was very fair with everything we spoke about concerning my dental and periodontal health, and spent quite a bit of time talking with me about how to practice preventative treatment (and thereby cost-effective treatment) which I appreciate greatly. It is quite rare for a Doctor to spend such a great amount of time with you in an office setting. Their Auxiliary Assistants also popped in and out throughout their procedure, helping to chart, clean trays, and prepare exam cards for the Doctors. Their sterilization techniques made the room feel fresh and sterile. Greenwich Dental Group is the place to go. I normally leave Dental appointments feeling sore or agitated, I left this appointment feeling fresh and clean. It was like going to a spa, not a Dentist!
