I came into the office as a new patient and saw Dr Phelps so he could look at all my teeth. He explained everything to me that needed to be done so that I could understand it. I then came back and saw him for fillings a little later. He made me feel very comfortable with the things that were being done. He took extra time with me to make sure I was okay. Would have any of my family or friends go to him!

Went because my dentist wanted me to go to an oral surgeon because my tooth took him 45 minutes to get out. Surgeon was a month out and that was only a consultation. Called Joanna and went in the very next morning. She had it out in 15 minutes. They are very professional and genuinely concerned. I was completely confident in their ability

I had trouble seeing the doctor I had requested an appointment with. It caused an anxiety episode plus my b/p was always high because I never knew what to expect from nurses or doctor. Once I complained of chest pain and the doctor didn't even listen to my heart beat. I had to ask for her to listen to my heart. Once I familiarize with the nurses they where nice. They get the brunt of complaints because other staff is incompetent or ACT incompetent. Or maybe they are. Never the less it's inexcusable medical practice. Ppl go sick expecting medical treatment they just want to be well instead they are degraded, belittled and treated like cattle going throw a de-worming corral. I am in the medical field my experience was horrible.
