I wanted to come in to just get a cosmetic filling on a front tooth and instead was also made to get X-Rays and further fillings recommended already clearly stating what I was there for. They charged $70 for a checkup, but this turned out to only include a local tooth X-Ray (not all the teeth) - over the phone they indicated it included X-Rays which one would assume covered all teeth. The cosmetic filling was done hastily and resulted in a rough surface on the tooth, which I can feel with my tongue. This has not been my experience with other cosmetic fillings. After the visit I requested medical records to provide to a new dentist, and was told they do not maintain patient treatment notes beyond a simple invoice and a image of the X-Ray.
