How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
7On my first visit, Dr. Levi was very kind and understanding and made an effort to get to know me and my tooth problem. On the day of the actual root canal procedure, I kept feeling pain in that tooth when he drilled it even after he gave me more and more Novocain. After a long while of this, he snapped and YELLED at me “It’s been an hour and you’re still not numb! There’s a maximum amount of Novocain you can give someone and I can’t give you any more. You’re tense and manifesting this pain for yourself! You’re just going to have to get through it and let me finish!” So I had to finish the procedure moaning in pain with tears running down my cheeks. I was NOT inventing this pain in my head and it feels cruel to have a patient go through this. He also checked his phone several times during the procedure then PUT HIS FINGERS BACK IN MY MOUTH without changing the glove. It felt unsanitary and unprofessional. Although he said I got a good end result with my tooth, I would not recommend him
