Carolina Smiles and Day Spa

I've had some dental work completed there before and it came out great, this was before they changed owners. But now I wish to have more dental work there and I am being told that I have to pay the full balance and then when they get paid by the insurance company I will get my refund. If I had money like that why would I need insurance in the first place? Looking for a new dentist, one that works with their patients. P.S. The customer service is great and they are very nice and they do a good job, I just don't see the need to put me in financial hardship, I can't afford it.
