How Patients FeelNEGATIVE
I've been going to Dr. Batz and Weiner's office for a few years now, I enjoy the dentists and their professionalism but their billing department needs work. There is an older woman who is in charge of billing, she doesn't smile or greet you, she looks at you and gives you an instant attitude. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and when I asked her to ask the doctor if he would write me a prescription for a diflucan along with the antibiotics she gave me the worst attitude. I had another encounter with her over the phone and had a friend of mine witness the conversation, she was very hostile and nasty over the phone, kept cutting me off, and not letting me explain myself. I had to hang up on her, sad to say; my friend who overheard the conversation was puzzled by her attitude. The dentists and the other receptionists are great, its' this billing lady that has a bad attitude.
