My tooth area was damaged in this office by this provider. A Grievance/Complaint was made to my Insurance Company. A Grievance/Complaint was made to Medicare in regard to Dental Insurance complications after this problem occurred. So now at 7 months later...and the Insurance company has not yet moved forward to allow me use of my Out of Network Plan which covers myself to seek what is now needed after damage...An Oral Surgeon to rectify the issue. Because of what this provider did I continue to have more medical issues moving forward with tooth, lips, and tongue. Some Staff have left this employment because of issues to patients they witnessed..

Very poor dirty waiting room. Very poor customer service told me they lost my exray after telling me they sent it for 3 weeks when I went to retake exray and questioned how were they sending them which the specialist told me they never got every time I called they gave me a totally different explanation about they were just on another computer that was being fixed and became very combative. The dentist never said anything to or about the behavior of his staff who only calmed down after a lady who seemed to be his wife or family member defused the situation. I would had never went back if my insurance would have paid for another exray but they only pay for one a year. After the first visit I never planned to go back there at all there is no way I would letba place so filthy work in my mouth I was happy to be referred elsewhere The dentist never spoke to me I sat in the chair they took exrays and a staff came and told me that I was being referred this place I very very unprofessional and I would never allow anyone I knew to get any treatment here not even a cleaning.
Teeth never hurt before. Been back several times, (before and after she left) and still cant get the damage fixed. Haven't been able to eat on either side for 2 months now, and I have constant throbbing pain..
Very Poor!!! Wait time was Horrible and when you have to tell the X-ray tech to change his gloves that's when I was done and didn't return for a second visit!!.
Very poor communication! Terrible wait time spent 1 1/2 hours in the wait room for my appointment. Had been referred to another dentist for work and their clerk never bothered to send the referral or files needed for the appointment. Wasted more of my time and work. Get a new staff they are incompetent!!!!!.
