A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Frazier attended Marquette University, where he earned both his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in orthodontics. He has been in private practice since 1981.
Dr. Frazier has recently served as president of the Wisconsin Society of Orthodontists. He is a founding member of the St. Vincent Hospital Cleft Palate Clinic. A lifetime member of the Northeastern Wisconsin Orthodontic Study Club, Dr. Frazier meets regularly with colleagues for study and review of challenging cases. He is most interested in orthodontic techniques that are intended to achieve the best facial balance, because he believes aesthetics and function go hand in hand.
