I made two times online appointment. They emailed me back we are gonna call you but nobody did! And then I called them two times again. First time, she said how can i help and I explained myself and she said hold on. I am gonna check and adjust an appointment. I waited 5 minutes and another girl asked again how can she help! For real, I was expecting date and time. Anyway, I requested a date and time again. She said OK again and I waited 5 minutes more and she said OK tomorrow 10 am. I was about ask can it be on Friday, she just hanged up phone on my face! I called them again she again said hold on and i waited 16 minutes! Did they answer? No.
