How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
I have had THE WORST experience at Greeley Dental Health. Before I made an appointment I verified with two different people that work there that they accepted my insurance and that my out-of-pocket cost would be zero. After my appointments I was sent a bill with an outstanding balance. A simple phone call to Greeley Dental Health fixed my problem and reassured me that I did not owe them any money. A second bill (for the same appointments) was sent to me and resolved, and then a THIRD and now it includes a late bill!! When I called Greeley Dental Health this time they tell me that my first appointment was paid for but not my second. I call my insurance company who tells me that YES (FOR THE THIRD TIME) we have paid your bill in full and you do not owe them any money. Greeley Dental Health then tries to tell me that I gave them incorrect insurance information but the problem is now resolved and I have a zero balance. Today I have received a FOURTH bill for the same appointments that I have corrected three times.
