Dr Remington can be abrasive and takes his frustration and problems out on the front desk gals and his hygienists. Almost like he can do no wrong and it’s everyone else’s problem. I would just not go to him anymore but unfortunately we paid my daughters braces off and I’m kinda stuck. This is the first time he’s been like that with my daughter and she left in tears which is NOT OKAY! The office staff is amazing and the hygienists are extremely nice. Hopefully he can straighten up his attitude towards his clients and realize he’s not as perfect as he thinks he is and that everyone makes mistakes including him
