Very poor follow through after work has been done,or not done. I did post a 3 star. But after a follow up call to see what my concerns were about and not being heard but being called a child. My rating is now a 1 star. Customer care is always follow up with your patient to see if the referral you made to another provider was helpful. If for no other reason than to demonstrate care for the patient. Customer care is not waiting 3 months later to schedule an appointment for further business. Unfortunately that is not the kind of customer care I look for from a professional. I am more than willing to drive the 300 miles to see a dentist that looks out for my welfare first and my money second. Which I am now doing and will continue to do. Thank you. John Elsasser.
