Family Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Pound for 16 years and have had great care and I have absolutely have no complaint with him. My last appointment I found that most the personal had left which were great people. When I went to pay my bill I found that a new person was not very courtesy when I was trying to understand how they bill my insurance company (like I should know the system works) she was very snippy. I will not continue to go there if this is the kind of staff that they have.
