I saw Dr. Kelly @ Family Dentistry several years ago, with dental insurance & a large Flexible Spending acct that would easily cover the cost of braces before the end of the year. After 6 months of many appts and payments, @ my Dec appt, they demand the $4,000 up front BEFORE they’ll put them in! So, NO braces, and I lose that $$ saved in my acct. She is NOT an orthodontist. They also bill me for a root canal that was NEVER done & I ended up having elsewhere. Serious rip off!
