This dentist charges ridiculously high prices. A cleaning and check-up appointment is over $400.00 and a filing is nearly $400.00. His front desk receptionist is full of attitude. Dr. Boggs was very impersonal and not really interactive at all. Just ten minutes with him and a huge bill..
Not Honest, tricky and money minded. Not reasonable.
Dr. Boggs was recommended to my family when we moved to North Carolina, and I recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is patient with me and my children. He is very gentle and careful to make sure that I am not in any pain. His staff is wonderful, accommodating, and tolerant even with my hectic schedule!.
Dr. Boggs is by far the best dentist I have been to. I don't mind having my teeth worked on because I don't feel a thing! He's great if you are scared of dentists because he is gentle and does an excellent job! He seems to truly care, and I have, and will continue to recommend him to anyone!.
I have been a patient with Dr Boggs for a little over 5 years. I finally decided to get a pretty big procedure done (dental implants) which can't be done at their office. So I have been going back and forth between the surgeon and their office. with the experience I have had during this time I would not recommend them to ANYONE. The surgeon has been wonderful (Dr. Neuwirth) through the whole procedure, however Dr Boggs office can't keep up their end. I wait and wait for phone calls to set up my appointments and I still have to call them to set it up. When I call I get "Oh yes, I have the note sitting right here." I have left messages and never recieved phone calls back. As soon as this procedure is finished I will not be returning. Not to mention they can't even read the information off of my chart to make it a personal experience. They constantly forget who my surgeon is (THEY REFFERED ME TO HIM!) and always say a different Dr's name..
