HORRIBLE crown experience. I had a crown put on by Dr. Nicole Totten and experienced significant pain after. I went in for the pain and nothing was done. 1 week later two foreign bodies came out of my gum where the new crown was, the severe pain subsided. After weeks of working to get my medical records from Aspen, the X-rays show the crown was not put on correctly (confirmed by another dentist) and it shows the cement piece stuck in my gums. I've reached out to the regional manager (Kiefer Dugenske) twice with no response in two weeks. I'm looking into legal action. Please go to a smaller owned dentist who cares for their patients..
Dr. Lee and his staff go above and beyond. This office doesn’t just usher you in and out. They want to be certain they’re doing things right and that you understand. I’m grateful I found this office..

I thought this office was truly amazing. I had an emergency with a tooth that broke off that was killing me in pain. I called and the office manager Brett answered my call and squeezed me in the schedule. When I arrived the office was behind but the Manager had came out into the waiting room and sat down and talked to me and a few other patients that were waiting telling all of us that they were 30 minutes behind. Just that I thought was a personal touch for him to do that. When I got in the chair Dr. Peters was very good explaining that I had broke a tooth and needed a crown (to my luck). I sat down with the office manager and he was able to get me into a No Interest payment which was awesome. I really appreciate the compassion and urgency to get me in and get me out of pain. I called all over to try to get in and this was the only place that would listen to me and get me in right away. I would and have recommended this Aspen Dental in Grandville to Anyone and Everyone that needs to get Dental work done..
The staff here is very friendly, they make sure your comfortable and that you know exactly what is going on at the time. And also what the future holds according to your plan..
