Office refuses to see my children because I did not respond to a bill. Problem is that I never received a bill. They claim that they sent it numerous times. Nope. Never received. They also claim that they called numerous times. I reviewed my phone log on my phone and never had a call from the office. Cell phones make it very easy to verify that they are not truthful about making the call as I can see every call that was received. Also, there were no voice mails. I feel betrayed by this office.
