1Office staff is incompetent. They performed services which they estimated to cost $180 with my insurance, but never ran the numbers and performed a service my insurance did not cover. They simply sent me a bill 3 months later for $500 which was not covered. When I questioned them about their gross miscalculation of the charges they offered no responsibility in the issue and continued to assert I owed the money and they were not at fault in any way. The office was cold, the dentist would not return my personal calls or respond to a personal letter sent to the office. I can understand misjudging an insurance coverage by even $100, but $500 on a $1200 procedure is gross incompetence. I will never use this office again because I don't trust that they have my interests as a concern to them doing business. No patient care at all. Cold and indifferent.
