Five of my children were patients of Dr. Royse for several years. He is an awesome dentist and his past staff was fantastic!! However, in the past year, things have changed with the addition of a new partner. We had to come in 3 times to have cavities filled and the final appointment was pushed back 2.5 hours AFTER we had already arrived. Staff thought it would be OK for my young kids to go 20 hours without food/water that day! Despite showing up 3 times, we never got any fillings and now I get
