How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
37When he cleaned my teeth, he was extremely rough. I flinched & said ouch and he never stopped or asked if I was okay, just tcontinued at lightning speed. It was so painful that I swore I would never go back. Then a crown that they installed incorrectly broke. I went back this week and I was appalled at their lack of covid precautions. Two out of three front office workers were not wearing masks. One of the dentists took his mask off at the front desk as well. Four patients out of a very crowded waiting room holding at least 12 patients, were not wearing masks. No plexiglass was in place between the reception area and the waiting room. There were no markings on the floor to indicate 6-foot social distancing. None of the chairs in the waiting room were 6 feet apart either. The doctor informed me that he would have to hire a masking police in order to make sure everyone was wearing masks. I thought this was part of their job to protect us against Covid 19.
