I am very disappointed with the staff at Danel Orthodontics. I have spent thousands of dollars in their office. Yesterday my daughter goes in and has more brackets put on her back molars and they didn't finish tucking the wires into the bracket. So the wire is in her cheek. I called in and the receptionist is very very rude. Her response was "This happens all the time so you have to make an appointment. Cant get her in until next week." I argued with her until she could take her today. But have to wait half the day to get in. If they would have finished their job yesterday I wouldn't have to be calling them to fix the problem. And they shouldn't have a person employed as a receptionist who can't be polite on the phone. That is the first person who represents their company.*** Dr. Danel called today (10/1/15) and apologized for the receptionist that was so rude. He said that it was not their policy to let a patient go in pain they like to fix it right away. Good to know for future appointments.
