I have never dealt with a more incompetent office in my life. The front desk tried to tell me that my insurance covered barely anything when they actually covered most of what my daughter had done and that is listed clearly in their benefits brochure, scheduled appointments without talking to me first about treatment that was never discussed, and used my name as the patient for one of my daughter\'s dates of service because of a lack of attention to detail. Dental Hygienist was excellent.
