I would not recommend him. My 4 year old daughter was strapped down by her wrist for 2 hours. Leaving abrasions on both her wrist and her knuckles. I was not aware she was in so much distress. She had to be in pain because of the marks made. They never once came and got me. They waited until she was all finished and marks all over her. Please do not take your kids to Dr. Bigler.
