7The office was clean and most of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. However, having a mild fear of dental work I chose sedation believing I would not experience that much pain following the procedure which was a root canal. I was in pain following the procedure which was handled very rough. I have had a root canal in the past where I just did the shot and did not have as much pain following the procedure as I did with this one.

8I came in for a regular check up and cleaning which was covered under my insurance. Without telling me, the hygienist gave me a deep cleaning and I was charged for it. They said I was told and refused to give back my money. I wrote two letters to Dr. Kelman and they went unanswered. I filed a grievance against him to my insurance company. His office said that I had signed an agreement for this procedure. There was no such agreement so my money was returned. This was my first and last visit.
